Designer Rudolf Eschler was one of Moser’s most successful designers of the 1930s. His models formed a substantial part of the display at the World’s Fair in Chicago, Brussels and Paris. Eschler’s perfume and liqueur sets with their strict angular forms are highly prized by collectors and at auctions.
These hand-cut glasses and carafe, polished to a high shine, always stand firmly within reach of your hand and at the same time bring an uplifting feeling of lightness. The massive square base gives each glass stability, while the precisely-cut arches break the light in wonderful ways.

The story of the Mr. K Collection began with a minimalist drawing and continues as Mr. K. arrives in your hands. Designer Rony Plesl drew the two dots and single line with purpose. They outline the silent face inspired by the sad clown of classic American cinematography – Buster Keaton. Maharani is characterised by the elegant shape of the cup, richly decorated with classicist flowers and drapery, which progresses fluidly to the stem with its six-sided cut. The fine lace of the engraved floral motifs is complemented by hand-painted gold lines and a pearl-cut finish.
Maharani is the traditional title for the wife of the maharaja. The collection owes its name to a commission for Maharani Sethu Lakshmi Bayi, who from 1924–1931 was regent of the southern Indian kingdom of Travancore in the present-day Indian state of Kerala. Not only Maharani but other Moser crystal was also ordered by the queen’s successor, the Maharaja of Travancore.
