POSTAGE & DELIVERY

We try our utmost to ensure you receive an excellent delivery service. The products are carefully packaged. If something goes wrong we will try to rectify it. We do not offer compensation in the event of errors such missed, delayed or incorrect deliveries. We can only offer estimated delivery periods at this time. We will dispatch your order within two to thirty days. This depend on the availability of goods. If we have the product in stock, we usually dispatch within one to three working days. We will inform you when your order is dispatched by email. We ship our appropriately packed product using DHL, UPS or Royal Mail services.

Our delivery rates:
UK mainland: £18 (express service 1-3 working days)
Free UK mainland delivery for all orders over £200
EU countries: £30

Delivery charges will be shown at the time of order and we try to provide accurate pricing for this. We however reserve the right to change delivery charges subsequent to your online order if we discover a mistake in our pricing, we do not deliver to your area, or other information comes to light that would affect our delivery costs. You will of course be informed in such circumstance.

Glasses and Napkin rings
Minimum order is 12 pieces for glasses and napkin rings, 6 pieces for carafes.

Moser products
Minimum order is 2 pieces pieces for glasses and 1 piece for all other Moser products.

UK VAT (Tax)
All prices on this website are shown with UK Value Added Tax included.

DAMAGED, MISSING, FAULTY OR INCORRECT GOODS

Please carefully inspect your packages when they arrive. If packaging is open or damaged please mark the delivery note as ‘damaged’ in the signature box (including hand held electronic capture devices). You may also choose to refuse the delivery and mark as ‘damaged’ (the goods will be returned to us).

Once opened, if you find your order is damaged, missing any parts, faulty or is any way incorrect please contact us immediately with the details either by email at info@evitro.co.uk. You must tell us within 48 hours of receipt.
If there is a problem with the delivered item please keep all packaging and instructions and do not use. If your order was delivered to a UK address we will arrange collection from that address (or pay your return postage costs), and for replacement as soon as possible. Orders delivered to overseas addresses must be returned to us at your expense.

Goods will be checked upon return. They must be complete and include all packaging and instructions. If goods returned as faulty are found not to be so, we consider the return as unwanted items.
Please be aware that we are unable to amend or cancel personalised orders once made due to the specific nature of each piece.
